An area of specific requirements from clients is often the creation of a report and accounts. In this instance RACE proposed that the directors of the property company were photographed in a raw environment ready for regeneration, rather than on the sites of completed property projects.

The production of a report and accounts is very intensive; as a legal and statutory document complex information has to be included with very detailed financial pages. To compound this, information is often received form auditors at a very late stage and so exacting attention to detail is demanded before production takes place.
