For the past four years RACE have designed and managed the exhibition stand for the North West Development Agency to promote the region globally at the World Travel Market.
The project involves every aspect from concept - often no more than an initial scribble at a meeting with the client - through to detailed model making, structural design, build and installation. The stand accommodates five regions of the North West: Manchester, Liverpool, The Lake District, Chester and Blackpool and is targeted at attracting inward investment through the tourism market.
At various stages of the project more than a dozen specialists in their own fields are employed as part of the team, co-ordinated and managed by RACE.
