RACE were commissioned to re-brand one of Manchester’s longest established and most respected public relations agencies, Meredith Thomas. The business is owned and operated by Helen Thomas, a high profile member of the PR community.

The re-branding therefore operates on two levels: the first is a simple typographic exercise, cleverly combining the TH characters at the end and beginning of the two names. The second injects some fun into the brand, laterally identifying Helen Thomas as the 'Queen' of public relations by the simple device of physically applying a first class stamp to the letterhead.
Graphic references to this motif were applied to advertising, display material and web-site. The base identity therefore supports a fluid brand, with special edition stamps and other 'royal' motifs applied as the ideas and the opportunities arise.
